Day 1: Clients will be picked up at Dar es Salaam International air port and transferred to
Holiday inn Hotel on Bed and breakfast basis
Day 2: Drive 5-6 Hrs to Selous game reserve, packed lunch on route, stay and overnight
at Rufiji River camp on Full board basis
Selous Game Reserve-With an area of around 50,000sq km,(5% of Tanzania's land
surface) Selous game reserve is one of the large protected area in the world: its size is
stunning, bigger than Switzerland or Denmark, uninhabited and little touched by human
interference. Visitors therefore find themselves in a pristine wilderness far away from the
trodden tourist routes. Its wildlife (including some few remaining Black rhinos and Wild
dogs) are very spectacular.

Day 3: Full day game Drive in selous Game Reserve, with lunch box stay and overnight at
Rufiji River Camp on Full board basis

Rufiji River Camp- located on the banks of the Rufiji river, in a point where the ample
and tranquil river is animated by many and different species of animals. The tented camp,
situated in the heart of the reserve, environmentally friendly and each tent is equipped
with private bathroom and a veranda facing the river. There is a regular flow of animals
coming down to drink at the river offering a permanent show to visitors of the camp. The
water is usually full of hundreds of hippos as well as groups of crocodiles that laze in the
sun on the sandbanks in the river. A structure in the central part of the camp hosts the
restaurant, bar and library, all with a view of the river and the sunset.
Day 4: Morning boat safari, and evening game drive, stay and overnight at Rufiji river
camp on full board basis

Day 5: Full day game Drive in selous Game Reserve, with Picnic lunch box stay and
overnight at Rufiji River Camp on Full board basis

Day 6: Drive 6-7 Hours to Morogoro through beautiful Uluguru Mountains with packed
lunch and stay and overnight at New Acropol Hotel/ Hillux hotel on Bed and Breakfast
basis

Day 7: Drive 6-7 Hrs to Ruaha National Park with packed lunch stay and overnight at
Ruaha River lodge on full board basis
Ruaha National Park is the 1st biggest park in Tanzania, covering about 22,000
square kilometers; here wild life is concentrating along the cascading great Ruaha
River, which is the parks blood. Home to hippos and crocodiles snacking on school of
fish, it is a flooded torein after the rain dwindling to precious pools surrounded by
blinding sweep of sand in the dry season. Waterbucks, impalas, and the worlds
most southerly Grant gazelles risks their lives for a sip of its waters…a permanent
hunting grounds for lions, Leopards, hunting dogs ,hyenas and Jackals; lack enough
you can also have chance to see both leaser and greater kudus, Sable and Roan
antelopes here. Ruaha is the only protected area in the world where flora and
fauna of eastern and southern Africa overlaps.

Ruaha River lodge occupies a unique and privileged position along the banks of this
great river and blends seamlessly into its surroundings. Game is drawn to the river from
the neighboring hills and guest can witness the great wildlife dramas unfold from the
comfort and protection of their self contained natural stone and thatch bandas. For
relaxing day you can stay sitting on your veranda with a cold drink and wait for the game
to come to you

Day 8: Full day game drive in Ruaha, with packed lunch stay and overnight at Ruaha River lodge on full board basis

Day 9: Morning guided walking safari and evening game drive stay and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge on Full board basis

Day 10: Early morning game drive, back for hot lunch and the evening game drive stay
and overnight at Ruaha River lodge on Full board basis

Day 11: Drive 5 hours to Mikumi National Park, evening game drive stay and overnight at Mikumi wild life camp on Full board basis
Mikumi wildlife Camp - is a delightful base in the bush from which to enjoy a large
variety of wildlife while sitting outside the cottages from which are coming down to
drink by the water pool by the camp. Each of the 12 cottages offers the spacious ensuite
accommodations. All are comfortably furnished, well ventilated and all have additional
guest rooms

Day 12: Drive 4-5 Hours to Saadan National Park, evening beach leisure, stay and
overnight at Saadan Safari Lodge on Full board basis

Saadani National Park Saadani National Park is the perfect union between bush and beach, located just 70 km
north of Bagamoyo and immediately accessible by paved road from Dar es Salaam.
Saadani has recently become fully protected national park and is a popular day trip from
beach resort scattered along Tanzania northern coast.
The Wami River which passes
through Saadani and empties to the India Ocean, host a large population of hippos,
crocodiles, flamingos and many large bird species. Elephant are some times bathing and
playing on Saadan beach especially in the early hours of the morning.

A good choice for visitors based in Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar who doesn’t have longer
time for longer safaris to visit more remote parks around the country saadani is easily
visited on a day trip or short week ends safari. Its elephants population frolics in the
sands and some times ventures into the crashing surf which alone makes Saadan one of
the more special and unique park to visit in Tanzania
