Deposits and Payments:
A deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required on confirmation of services. The remaining balance has to be paid not later than 35 days before the services commence. Reservations are subject to cancellation if final payment is not received by the due date.
Cancellation After Booking:
All cancellations must be made in writing (email is faster!). Telephone cancellations will not be considered valid.
