Day 1

Arrival in Kilimanjaro Airport – transfer to Keys Hotels / Moshi Hotels

Day 2

Transfer to Gate at Machame. From here trek through the lush forest to MACHAME HUT (10,000 ft. / 3000m). Camp overnight

Day 3

Leaving the forest, the path follows a steep ridge, passing through heather and open moorlands, and crossing a large gorge to Reach SHIRA HUT (12,500 ft. / 3800m). Camp Overnight .

Day 4

Turn Eastwards and continue ascending through the dry landscape before dropping again to reach BARRANCO HUT (13,000 ft. / 3900 m). Camp Overnight

Day 5

The path climbs up steeply out of the Barranco Valley , crosses the Karanga valley, then turns north to reach BARAFU HUT 15500ft. /4600m.). Camp overnight.

Day 6

A long day and an early start to reach the crater rim at Stella Point in time for sunrise. Then to Uhuru Peak (19340ft. /5896m). The highest Point in Africa . Afterwards descend to Gillman's Point and on down to MWEKA HUT (10300ft . / 3100m). Camp overnight.

Day 7

Descend to Mweka park gate, from where you are transferred back to you Hotel in Moshi or Arusha, overnight.

Day 8

End of Tour or transfer to other safari .

Day 1

Arrival in Kilimanjaro Airport – transfer to Keys Hotel / Other Hotels in Moshi

Day 2

Transfer from hotel to the National Park Gate at Rongai. Trek through the forest for 2 to 3 hours to reach the 1st Cave at 5750ft/1800m). Camp Overnight .

Day 3

Trekking for 6 to 7 hours, passing 2nd cave to arrive at 3rd cave at 12,000ft/3800m.) Camp overnight

Day 4

Continue to ascend to Kibo hut, at 15,000ft/ 4700m taking 3 to 4 hours. Camp overnight.

Day 5

An early star for the summit on steep and heavy scree up to Gilman’s point at 18640ft . / 5681m. On crater rim to arrive in time for sunrise. Continue on to Uhuru Peak the highest point in Africa at 19340ft/5896m. Descend to Horombo Hut for overnight taking 7 ton 8 hours ascent and 4 to 7 hours descent.

Day 6

Descend to Marangu Gate from where you are transferred to your hotel for the night

End of Tour or transfer to other safari.

Day 1

Arrival in Kilimanjaro Airport – transfer to your Hotels in Arusha

Day 2

Transfer from hotel to the National Park Gate at Momella.From here you pass through lush forest, crossing the Ngare Nanyuki River to reach Miriakamba Hut (8337ft. /2541m) and return to saddle Hut. Camp Overnight .

Day 3

The path continues to ascend steeply through pleasant forest glades and giant heather to reach the summit of little Meru (12450 ft. /3794m) and return to saddle Hut (11,713ft. /3570m). Camp Overnight .

Day 4

An early start to reach Rhino Point, then on to the summit at 14,981 ft. /4566m. From here descend all the way down to Mommella Gate to Meet your vehicle transfer to Hotel.Overnight.

Day 5

Breakfast in Hotel.End of tour.
